In this lesson we will be drawing a Kereru (NZ Wood Pigeon), perched in a Kowhai Tree. We will measure and sketch out our bird and then outline it in pen. I will be colouring my pigeon in with oil pastels, and adding a watercolour sky. You can add colour in any medium you prefer. Pencil crayons, watercolours, acrylics.....or work into it more with your pens. The possibilities are endless.
